Buxtehuder SV has announced the contract extensions of goalkeeper Sophie Fasold and midfielder Larissa Kroepel, both of whom will remain with the club for an additional year.

A boost for the team as they recover from injuries

Fasold and Kroepel suffered cruciate ligament tears in quick succession last September, forcing them into rehab. Despite the setbacks, the duo has been cleared to return to the pitch in the near future, with Fasold potentially back in action for the start of preseason training.
