Infantino's pay package doubles

Infantino's base salary remained unchanged at 2.6 million Swiss francs (approximately $2.85 million), but his performance-related bonuses soared from 1.65 million francs ($1.81 million) to 2.2 million francs ($2.42 million), resulting in a total increase of 550,000 francs ($605,000) to 4.8 million francs ($5.27 million).

This marks a substantial pay hike for Infantino, who has been at the helm of FIFA since 2016. His new compensation package reflects the organization's growing revenue, which reached a staggering 2.126 billion U.S. dollars in 2025, largely driven by the successful Club World Cup and other lucrative sponsorship deals.
