In a game marked by poor shooting, the Philadelphia 76ers managed to outlast the Brooklyn Nets, 92-89. Despite lacking key players Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey, Philly still found a way to win.

Brooklyn's offense was abysmal, scoring just 16 points in the first quarter, the worst opening stanza in franchise history. They managed 31 points at halftime, trailing by 22. The Sixers, meanwhile, were only 50% from the field and 25% from three, but still held a commanding 53-31 lead.

After the break, Brooklyn began to show signs of life, with Danny Wolf and Josh Minott leading the charge. They outscored Philly 25-9 in the fourth quarter, cutting the deficit to just five points with under four minutes remaining. However, a timeout couldn't halt the Nets' momentum, and despite a late push, they ultimately fell short.

Top scorer Quentin Grimes (28 points, 10/22 FG) took control in crunch time, sealing the win for the Sixers. VJ Edgecombe and Justin Edwards also chipped in with 16 and 19 points respectively for Philly. For Brooklyn, Wolf and Minott were the bright spots with 15 and 14 points apiece.
