Bitter, who took the helm in 2023, has already ushered in a period of unprecedented success for the club. In his first season, he guided Stuttgart to a historic triple – the VBL championship, the German Cup (DVV-Pokal), and the German Supercup. This year, the team is leading the VBL standings and is firmly positioned for the playoffs beginning March 21st.

General Manager Aurel Irion lauded Bitter's impact, stating that he’s not only provided vital sporting momentum but also instilled a clear identity and passion within the team. “We are confident that Konstantin will continue to play a key role in writing the next chapter of Allianz MTV Stuttgart’s success story,” Irion said.

Bitter acknowledged the ongoing development process within the team, particularly following a significant roster overhaul last summer. “We are still in an important process of shaping our identity as a team,” Bitter commented. “It takes patience, but it’s a great joy to see how this team is developing. Our goal remains to compete for titles.”

The extension provides continuity for a team hungry to maintain its dominance. With a strong core and a clear vision, Allianz MTV Stuttgart is poised to remain a force in German volleyball for years to come.
